• 24 double-sided mini cards:
– One side: 24 ready-to-play characters (specie, class, strengths, weaknesses, gear)
– Upside down on the same side: action outcomes for risky moves (Yes/And, Yes/But, No/But, No/And)
– The back side of each card: quest fragments
Goal, Location, Obstacle, Twist – combine any 4 to generate a quest
