It offers detailed martial arts rules including full coverage of fifteen different historical forms from across the continent. It introduces the Apothecary profession, elephant cavalry rules, rocketry indirect fire rules, new airships, new weapons, and a new racial template for Japanese war automatons. It also provides several introductory scenarios and a variety of character templates so GMs and players can jump right in and start playing.
